With our creative team, we’ll develop a design plan that will guide all visual elements for your event. Your design plan will include a comprehensive décor proposal including a visual statement, color palette, customized design elements along with floor plan(s). Our Exclusive
Our management team will oversee vendors and provide site management on the day of your event. We’ll align schedules to provide unlimited service throughout the day. We’ll also serve as the creative director for your event, leading your team of décor vendors through the design plan to ensure execution is in line with your vision. We’re in charge of designing and overseeing the production of all visual elements.
This is where we bring the vision to life. We correspond with your vendor team to craft a detailed production schedule outlining specifics related to back-of-house production, delivery, and set-up completion. We plan and attend a final walk-through one month out from your event with key vendors to ensure all parties are aligned with our production schedule. Our time investment correlates directly with the value of each vendor contract secured during the planning and design process.
At the start of planning, we’ll identify your priorities and complete a strategic budget analysis. From there, we’ll book your VIP vendors, using our preferred vendor list to partner you with the best industry professionals. Our vendor list is a curated selection that parallels our quality of service. This list is continually updated based on both research and experience. To keep things on track, we’ll manage your event through our planning software, Aisle Planner. You will have access to a detailed checklist, event calendar, production timeline, floor plan(s), vendor information and contracts, budget, and other helpful planning resources.
Your event producer will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, family, and guests on the event day. We’ll rehearse the big moment when you say “I do”, then it’s time for you to relax and enjoy your special day with family and friends.

After your design plan and the proposed budget are approved, we’ll enter the production phase to tie up lose ends and finalize all vendor proposals. This is followed by a final walk-through to review timelines and floor plans with your vendor team.

We’ll dive into the details of your event and begin locking in your VIP vendors. Once your foundational vendor team has been secured, your designer will start meeting with creative vendors to develop your authentic design plan. A design presentation and mockup will be presented for approval.
